Luminaire Events are a rapidly growing event production business based in Earslfield, SW London. We provide a bespoke full-production package for a wide range of corporate and private events at high profile venues across the UK. This includes the provision of technical equipment, production, design, crewing and logistics.

We have a vacancy on our small but rapidly growing team for a Warehouse and Event Technician. This would suit a person with a keen interest in technical equipment and productions, including lighting, audio, video and staging. This would be an ideal opportunity for an individual looking to start their career in the event / technical production industry.

Responsibilities will include equipment preparation, testing and maintenance, within our warehouse & operations department at our HQ in SW London. Additionally, an amount of time will be spent on-site, working alongside our production teams, installing and operating live events. There is plenty of opportunity for training, development and hands-on experience within this role.

You will be a well organised individual, with good basic IT skills, a passion for all things technical and an eye for detail and accuracy. A driving licence and having your own transport would certainly be an advantage.

This role will involve the manual handling of bulky equipment and will also involve assisting within other areas of the business as required.

Owing to the nature of the live events industry, there will be a requirement to work outside of standard working hours, often in the evenings and at weekends.
